CODE OF ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE POLICY<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The internationally recognised values and ethical principles in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well as the strict compliance with the law, are the cornerstones of the Code of Ethics of RUBAU, which PRENERGY upholds, because it is a company of the Group. It takes into account the principle of criminal liability of legal entities provided for in the Spanish legal system and it prevents and proscribes the existence of any behaviour of the legal representatives, directors, employees or anyone else that is subject to the staff authority of PRENERGY, which might hold it responsible. It is the fundamental rule that must govern the behaviour of the employees of the company, when they carry out their professional activities, and the relationships maintained with third parties. The general principles and the values included in the Code of Ethics can be expanded on by policies and specific procedures of each of the subject matters.<\/span><\/p>\n

Corruption and fraud stop economic development and they demean social justice and the rule of Law, causing serious damage to the economy and society, and in many cases they favour organised crime operations. RUBAU, which has become a benchmark due to its steadfast commitment to the ethical principles, assumes responsibility to actively face the challenge posed by the prevention and the fight against corruption and fraud. PRENERGY upholds by means of the continuous supervision and the punishment of fraudulent acts and behaviour, by maintaining effective communication and awareness raising mechanisms for all the employees, by developing a corporate culture of ethics and honesty and it sends out a resounding message of opposition to fraud and corruption in all its statements.<\/span><\/p>\n
